PMO Manager - Edinburgh - AML

PMO MANAGER - EDINBURGH - AML          

A leading UK retail bank requires a PMO Manager with extensive Financial Services experience and experience working on large scale change programmes to join a project based in Edinburgh.  

You will support a major Group led project and will be accountable for:

- Use established project methodologies to control, log, manage and monitor project timescales, costs, risks and assumptions.
- Assist in the production and collation of status reports and relevant management information across projects ensuring these are captured within the Change Management Toolkit (CMT) and included at relevant Portfolio governance forums.
- Support project and programme management processes and methodologies to optimise efficiency and meet business goals.
- Develop and maintain effective working and influencing relationships with appropriate colleagues
- Timely and accurate completion of own deliverables including production of MI, resource and milestone tracking, assessing and managing risks and identifying counter measures.

The following key skills and experience are required:

- PMO MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ON LARGE SCALE CHANGE PROGRAMMES
- RETAIL BANKING EXPERIENCE
- AML EXPERIENCE- ADVANTAGEOUS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
- EXCELLENT ORGANISING AND PLANNING SKILLS
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
- EXCELLENT STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
