PMO MANAGER - BANKING INDUSTRY - EDINBURGH

Our client, a leading Global Bank, is currently looking for a PMO Manager with banking experience. The requirement is to set-up a new function to manage change within the operation effectively and in a controlled manner.

ROLE:

- Experience of working on a major Change programme
- Deputise for the Business Lead for change in programme steering groups/governance forums/business approval for requirements/business readiness etc.
- Design and implementation of a framework for managing and controlling change across the operation and deliver a cultural change programme to ensure it is Embedded at all levels of the division
- Lead and administer the change control governance routines
- Manage the knowledge bank tool to ensure all processes are cascaded and Embedded in the Operation
- Manage ad-hoc operational business change initiatives
- Team Leadership experience
