PMO Manager

DAY-TO-DAY KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- The person will work in Access Network PMO to administer and develop governance and reporting processes related to projects
- He/she will maintain management information logs and flow. He/she will be responsible for reports and presentation, will support project stakeholders to pass through smoothly through the governance/approval gates and prepare proper submission materials as well as support projects delivery
- The person will work with PMs on reporting but also will help them to identify resource pool, prepare various decks with management information for decision makers
- The person will perform portfolio analysis on both financial and non-financial performance and recommend adjustments and risk or issues responses. He/she will contribute to portfolio planning and optimization and to contribute to training services to various stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- The person will be responsible for the high degree of quality assurance for his/her own work and for the others ' work
- Openminded (vision and ideas for the team improvement)
- International collaboration experience (high degree of stakeholders collaboration skills, able to work efficiently with various people on various levels and domains)
- Ambition to grow in the project management/pmo area (keen for learning, fast learning);
- Perseverance in getting the data,
- Very good communication skills both spoken and written,
- Self-organizes and able to manage own work by priorities
- Proficient in Clarity, Sharepoint, Excel and PowerPoint
