PMO Manager
Our Global client are currently recruiting for a PMO Manager on a contract basis for 6 months in the North West. This role will involve managing the Steering Board Office and PMO.
Key Responsibilities
- Track programme delivery, budget and benefits realisation
- Plan, report and manage documentation
- Establish the PMO function and operating model
- Work closely with key stakeholders
- Manage the cohesion between the PMO and delivery teams
- Ensure best practice is always applied
- Act as the centre point for communication for the programme team
- Manage the schedule containing identified interdependencies and key milestones
- Ensure programme changes, risks and issues and filtered and reflected within the Schedules
Key Experience Required:
- Prior experience managing PSO's/PMO'S in development and operating stages.
- Experience of managing teams and the development of team members
- Experience of the full life cycle within a large programme
- Resource Management
- Programme Control
- Project and life cycle Management
- Project Assurance
- Track record of delivery
- Ability to manage budgets, track benefits, savings and provide financial reports.
