As Programme Office lead you will contribute to the strategic planning and analysis of information underpinning the programme office and also enable delivery of a range of specific project components and work packages across the 2 Online portal programmes.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage delivery of the Programme Office to complement implementation project management processes, tools and techniques, including the management and provision of information for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Support and manage engagement with a range of business stakeholders, delivery partners, operational and senior managers over the detailed project plans to deliver key programme requirements and ensure all partners are involved in the preparation and delivery.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of the Project Plan deliveries to include development, tests, change controls etc.
Lead Programme Office engagement with the senior management team to manage appropriate project deliveries and budgets across the programme.
Essential Skills:
* Strong organisational skills, adapts to changing priorities and delivers to meet agreed timescales and deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and builds good professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Identifies, sources and analyses information to produce concise, well-structured and accurate written and numeric work.
* Experience of working within or alongside project delivery teams, with experience of Agile and Prince 2 project management methodologies.
* Knowledge of digital technology.
