We currently have an opportunity for a highly experienced PMO Manager to work with us on a key client project for a period of at least 6 months. A background in Financial Services is required for this role.
The PMO Manager will head up the key deliveries within the Programme Office:
Key responsibilies will include:
PROGRAMME GOVERNANCE
- Create & Manage Programme Governance structures
- Create & Manage Programme processes which interface with all the organisation (internal & external) involved in the programme
- Manage the Programmes' Benefits Management plan
- Manage the Programmes' Communications plan including leading with Audit, CIGLS owners, Group OpCo
- Utilise MI generated within the Programme and its projects to answer requests for information and regular executive reporting (MBRs) ensuring consistency of message
PROGRAMME DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
- Deputise for the Programme Manager in all matters governance
- Programme BoardsSecretariat to meeting; conscience of action owners
- Management of the Programme Milestone Plan assuring alignment with the Project plans
- Undertaking quality challenges to each Projects' schedules, Risks & Issue logs & SDLC Governance by way of regular reviews, escalating issues for Programme Management attention where require
- Act as the conscience of the Programme Manager by way programme & project direction
- Creation and Maintenance of Programme Cost Management model
