Our client, a leading Global Bank, is currently looking for a PMO Manager to support a set of Risk/Regulatory Programmes.

Reporting to the Delivery Programme Director and the Programme Sponsor, the role is accountable for all aspects of Programme Governance and Control. In addition to supporting the Programme Director and Programme Management team, the role will assist with all aspects of Stakeholder Management and communication.

Role:

Provide Programme Governance & Controls Framework and ensure its appropriate implementation, maintenance and on-going enforcement.

Manage the creation and maintain the baseline information for the Programme via the Governance & Controls Framework.  This will include reporting of risks and issues, progress of the Programme workstreams and high level milestones, and change controlling of the baselined scope as required. 

Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Quality control outputs of the Programme Office and ensure the Programme Governance is properly administered.

Provide adhoc Programme reports, presentations and metrics to Programme Executives.

Accountable for managing any audit issues regarding the Governance and Control of the Programme
