KEY ACTIVITIES:
Business Impacts
- Annual planning cycle, monthly cost reporting, weekly delivery status reporting
CUSTOMERS/STAKEHOLDERS:
- Programme level communication and stakeholder engagement
TEAMWORK & LEADERSHIP:
- Support and guidance to PMO team members
- PMO support and guidance to virtual programme teams
OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS & CONTROL:
- Develop efficient and effective governance processes in line with programme requirement
KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years PMO change delivery or business management experience
- Set up and run Programme Offices within the banking sector previously.
- Long consistent contracts within the BANKING SPACE
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence others and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience working on large TRANSFORMATION/OPERATION RISK/EFFICIENCY programmes
- Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Project knowledge
- Project and/or Programme Management qualifications (eg Prince2, MSP)
- Portfolio Management Qualifications (eg MoP, P3O)
