Projektbeschreibung

Responsible for the Creation, Maintenance and Integrity of the overall Bank's summary plan for the Programme as a whole.

To ensure that agreed planning standards are applied across all sub projects within the Programme.
Create and maintain the overall summary plan for the Programme
Consolidate individual sub Project Plans into the overall summary plan on a weekly basis.
To ensure the quality and integrity of the individual sub project plans and the overall programme plan
To develop, maintain and regularly produce appropriate plan related management information for senior management and execs.
Create reporting packs for key meetings (steering Group and direct level meeting) QA of submissions and adapt all work to the relevant audience

Core skills:
Extensive project and programme planning experience
Experience of working on very large business change programmes
Experience of working on large programmes with multiple sub projects and multiple suppliers
Dependency management across multiple organisations
Experience needed in working within a Large PMO

Strong stakeholder management up to a Director level
Evidence that the candidate has good knowledge of Financial reporting
Experience with the project life cycle

Expert MSP skills
Expert Excel skills
Sufficient gravitas and presence to challenge senior project managers plans.
