PMO Lead - Retail

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Retail company based in London. The client is looking to recruit a PMO Lead. The PMO will need to lead and shape the PMO across cross-functions and cross-country interdependencies. You will work alongside the IT Manager team to support delivery and own all PMO & governance processes, mechanisms and controls.

Key Experience:
Experience of complex programme management (high spend/complexity) across end to end business programmes (with many workstreams)
Experience of designing, implementing and ongoing management of PMO teams with around 5 or more resources
Experience of resource management (performance objective setting, performance management & feedback, and removing poor performing resources) - we will treat contractors in a similar way to perms
Ability to communicate to senior stakeholder level (and above as required) on the status of the programme
Fantastic communication skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
