The PMO Lead working closely with the Programme Manager offering specialised knowledge on Programme Governance and Quality Insurance, Planning, Resourcing, Change Control, Risk and Issue Management, Delivery tracking and Reporting.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- Minimum of 5 years programme management experience preferably in the technology sector and/or Business Transformation
- Transformational change experience in large multi-cultural organisations
- Experience in complex Finance programme.
- Ability to drive peers in a diverse international and distributed team.
- Strong communication and decision making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs

JOB DEMANDS:

- PRINCE2 Practitioner/(MSP desirable)
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and associated software
- Excellent administrator with experience of liaising with senior stakeholders
- Experience of working in support role on major IT programmes
- Proficient organisational skills
- Ability to analyse and manipulate data from a variety of sources as required
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Ability to prioritise and work flexibly on a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Confident stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Experience of raising PO's, managing invoices, etc.
- SharePoint experience
