PMO Lead

We are urgently seeking a contract PMO Lead for our leading Financial Services client based in Hampshire for a 6 month assignment.

As an experienced PMO Analyst / Lead you will the interface between the PMO Function and the Portfolio Director. You will be accountable for the smooth running of the Portfolio and that appropriate governance is in place and adhered to. You will also act as a team lead for up to 5 other PMO Analysts.

Suitable candidates will have the following experience:

* Demonstrable experience of working within a corporate PMO environment.
* Experience of Project reporting and analysis.
* Awareness of project management disciplines and techniques.
* Ability and confidence to challenge the status quo.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Team leadership experience.

Experience of working within Financial Services and a Project Management certification would be highly desirable.
