Specialist Capital Markets consultancy is recruiting for a PMO role based in Paris .

Required experience/skills include:

- 2 - 5 years of PMO/PMA experience
- Experience of IT Projects with communication, coordination, organisation and reporting expertise
- Proficiency with MS Office and JIRA

Additional experience/skills:

Knowledge and experience of:

- PMM
- MXPRESS
- FEM
- Agile Methodologies

Responsibilities:

- Support on Project Management Office, assisting Project Managers and team in project management disciplines
- Responsibilities include time management, cost management, planning management, quality management, communication management, people management & scope management.
- Elaborate the project plan for each project stream with stream leads
- Follow up the achievements of the project plan tasks
- Own release management and work environment management
- Identify risks and escalate to Project Manager
- Contribute to project reviews to control quality and methodology application
- Manage budget, financial data (Invoicing with Project-Admin, forecast)
- Ensure the quality of the project deliverables to the client
- Ensure overall quality of the project processes and deliverables follow up
- Facilitate cross stream communication and coordination
