PMO (Interim Management/Contract)
In order to support our growth in the Belgian region, we are currently recruiting experienced interim/freelance Project Management Officers (PMO) to support our clients within the Financial Services space.
Role
- Organize all required boards, workshops, meetings management
- Budget forecasting and follow up
- Elaborate the meeting minutes
- Documentation management
- Risks & issues process support
- Follow up of procedures and deliverables
- Assist in development of the strategy & drawing of a plan and approach for the immediate and midterm future
- Report to the Programme Manager and Project Sponsors, and validate key targets
- Prepare IT project plans & associated documents
- Coordinate both internal and external project communications

Profile
- You have 2 to 10 years of experience in a PMO role
- You have a Bachelor/Master degree, or equivalent due to your experience
- You have excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Project Tools & Project management methodologies are a strong plus
- You speak/write in English fluently, and have a good command of French and/or Dutch
- You are polyvalent and can adapt easily to quickly changing environment
- You have strong organizing skills

- Our mandates are located on-site with clients situated in Brussels, Ghent, Leuven and Antwerp
