PMO (LEAD SUPPORT) IN RISK TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a PMO SUPPORT TO WORK ON A RISK TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare status reports and executive presentations
- Track resource consumption
- Plan and design project documentation (plans, business cases, etc.)
- Organize documents, meetings and calls
- Design project tracking tools
- Monitor project delivery, risks and issues

Key Deliverables:

- Project office and project plan maintenance
- Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control.
- Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 4 Years working in large, global organizations or large, complex projects
- 5 years experience working as PMO support
- Some understanding of risk management in financial institutions
- Banking or financial experience
- Ideally with A-PMP or similar qualification;
