PMO Implementation Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supports broadband expansion projects and business network services - IT Portfolio.
- Supports Business Analysis function for key client programs.
- Provides support for weekly status on program schedule and financials, acts as SPOC for metrics team information gathering (on time delivery, defects management, process metrics).
- Gathers input/data for client satisfaction improvement plan.
- Assists in IT Release Planning (gathering and assembling information) and post-release calls.
- Assists project managers in specific areas such as scheduling.
- Works on issues that require understanding of project scope.

SKILLS
Must have demonstrated and excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills for consolidating and presenting materials to executives. Must have proven, excellent skills and experience operating in a high performing PMO department. Expertise in Release Management, Microsoft Office Professional, Data Collection and Analysis, MS Access, and Visio required. Project Management experience needed.
