RESPONSIBILITIES

The Program Management Organizer is a position that requires knowledge of the RF engineering process as well as the software development process. Knowledge of Tableau a plus. Daily interaction with all levels of management is required both with the Business Partners as well as the IT Development teams. This position will manage an internal software workforce tool during final development, rollout, and system support. The right skill set and experience in this role will ensure that the initiatives supported are managed and kept on track to meet business goals and objectives. This role requires one to partner with multiple lines of business to identify key strategic initiatives and define the overall program goals and develop detailed business cases to support these plans. The ability to understand and support Strategic plans and Roadmaps for each line of business is necessary and will assist in the Project Prioritization within the business and the development of program/project presentations.

A strong partnership with RF engineers and Software developers is required to ensure these teams are focusing on key projects, and that they are delivered on-time and within budget. The PMO is required to have oversight with the RF and Developers to ensure that project initiation, requirement meetings, and release management is addressed for each initiative within the targeted timelines. The PMO is also required to provide reporting analysis for projects, financials, dashboards, and targeted impact on KPI metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

BS/BA degree
6 years of Project Management experience within the Telecom industry
Proven Program Management skills
Proven Project Management skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Strong teamwork and team leadership skills
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Superior documentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently, within a team and between teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Facilitation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results
Track project milestones and deliverables
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Demonstrated experience in data analysis building & presenting solutions to executive clients
