-Act as PMO for the project and service manager
-Prepare presentations for committees and meetings
-Support in on-boarding of ~10 customer companies
-Organize meetings (specifically, on-boarding meetings with customers)
-Take notes and send meeting minutes
-Track action items out of meetings
-Collect information in and outside the project, specifically in the context of the on-boarding process
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Good experience in providing PMO service
-Experience in IT / technology-based projects (ideally cloud projects or digital - transformation projects)
-Ability to prepare high-quality presentation material
-PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a plus
-Work in autonomy and in agility, be proactive
-Fluent communication skills in German end English
