PMO - Financial Services/German Fluent wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Strong business knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Services
- Strong working experience with CA PPM, MS Excel as well as the full MS Office suite required
- Confidence in financial controlling along with communication skills with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner
- Strength in organizational, problem solving and leadership skills
- Languages: FLUENT GERMAN and English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Producing status reports and financial forecasts as part of organizational deliverables
- Identifying of financial risks and taking ownership of the financial control framework for the organization
- Providing administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management
- Invoice handling split and coding of the organization as well as maintaining resource planning with the team leads
