Key responsibilities will include:
. representing the programme at the working groups
. being the single point of contact and liaising with the central programme team
. undertaking the MI and reporting requirements
. tracking and following up with Project Managers on agreed actions and milestones from meetings, resolution of risks and issues
. The co-ordination of workstream progress and risk reports - plan management; management of risks, issues, dependencies and assumption - maintaining the project filing system

Key Skills & Knowledge The individual must have:
. strong PMO skills - a "can do " attitude and a strong delivery ethos
. a proactive attitude with the ability to work on their own initiative
. strong problem solving skills
. excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
. stakeholder engagement and management
. previous PMO experience in a Financial Services organisation
. experience of working on a data initiative, preferable

Rate: up to £495/day
