MY DUTIES:

-Support conceptional work and providing presentations and documents
-Monitoring and Tracking of the Deliverables, Milestones and Working Packages
-Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes
-Support coordination of stakeholders, training and communication
-Support coordination with other projects

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experienced PMO in the financial industry/banking
-Good communication skills, familiar in communication with management
-Ability to provide a Management adequate level of presentations, documents
-Well structured and proactive mindset
-Team player
-Able and willing to work under pressure
-Fluent in German and English, any other language is an asset
