PMO/Financial Employee

For our end client based in The Hague we're looking for a Financial PMO:

Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Location: Rijswijk/The Hague

To support on sourcing (RtP - Request) and related financial processes and ensure issue resolution and to support the development and tracking of the SOM Operational Plan. Additionally to provide capacity forecasts for infrastructure components.

Roles & responsibilities:
Understanding the RtP processes, systems and escalation paths.
Application of that understanding to P&T for ISP, SITI and 3rd Party invoicing.
Driving compliance with RtP timelines for vendor payments.
Communication of changes and issues to Invoice approvers and wider SOM audience.
Represent P&T in forums etc that pertain to RtP and other financial and planning processes and cross business networks.
Escalation of queries or generic issues with billing.
Ensuring accuracy of our RtP status.
Ensure accruals process is refined and executed.
Ensuring WBSE and Purchase Orders are set up with appropriate values.
Look for continuous improvement of the current process.
On-boarding and embedding any changes to the process affecting P&T
Become SME for P&T SOM group.
Develop forecasting and capacity plans as part of the streamlining of the ISP relationship
