For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a
PMO with financial Accounting know how.
Location: Zurich
Start date: Asap
Duration: 12 months
Languages: English
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform project financial controlling/overseeing the project budget
- Supporting the project manager in steering and controlling the project
- Monitoring progress, risks and issues, actions, dependencies
- Managing the project roadmap/planning
- Preparing and maintaining program documentation (internal and external communication materials)
- Acting as key contact for the central/global program management
- Organizing meetings, workshops, town halls etc.
- Taking minutes of meeting and workshops
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Essential
- Fluent English language skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Experience in project financial controlling
- Experience of working on program and project level
- Robust Project/PMO experience
- Excellent communication skills
CA Clarity Know how
Desired
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.
- Conversational German skills
