IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Assist the Domain Lead and the Project Managers with monthly financial forecasts and status reports
-Track managers on PL deliverables such as forecasts, status reports
-Assist preparation of Steering Committee and Management presentations
-Assist Domain Lead and PLs in answering audit and internal compliance reviews
-Define PL structures/methodologies and drive adherence (e.g. artefact templates, document storage,…)
-Organize and minute meetings and workshops
-Organize resource on- and off-boarding
-Assist Domain Lead on ad-hoc queries
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in the banking area, esp. with Financial Management (Clarity) and PGF
-Very good MS Office knowledge
-Fluency in the English language (written and spoken)
-Fluency in the German language (written and spoken) is beneficial
-Pro-active, independent working style
