Roc Search's client is looking for a PMO Coordinator for my client in Oslo, Norway.
We are looking for an individual with specific Project Management Office (PMO), large technology programme and financial services industry experience, who can deliver a wide range of governance and control activities for the programme including risk & issue and change management.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
*Candidate will work within the PMO and report to the PMO Lead
*Candidate should be willing to work flexible hours in line with business requirements
*Ideally should have experience working with large corporate clients, preferably in Financial Services or Banking.
*Ideally should have some experience of major technology programmes or projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be responsible for delivery of the following activities:
*Recording, validating and updating records of programme risks, issues and assumptions
*Monitoring and management of the programme change request process
*Supporting the preparation of weekly management information packs
*Providing dedicated PMO support to key programme workstreams
*Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
*Taking/circulating minutes for key programme meetings
*Preparing and maintaining PMO process documentation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:-
*Good understanding of core programme and project management control concepts (eg risk & issue management, change management)
*Good computer skills and knowledge of standard office software (eg Email, PowerPoint, Excel)
*Educated to at least degree level
