PMO Coordinator Oslo

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a PMO IT Portfolio Coordinator for a new project in Oslo.

Mobility: Occasional travel to other locations (very little)

Consultant position description
The consultant will be part of the IT Portfolio Department and will report to Head of IT Portfolio

Job description
The consultant primary responsibility will be:
a. Maintain overview of IT resource capacity (communication with department heads, resource owners) b. Facilitate project resource request process
c. Create project portfolio reports (from SharePoint)
d. Create training material
e. Testing (implementation of new project portfolio management solution)

Mandatory Fields (competence)

1. Experience with creation of training material/performing training, and SW testing
2. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (2007 or 2013)
3. Experience with Microsoft Office tools (excel, word, Powerpoint)
