Our global Banking client are currently recruiting a PMO/Project Coordinator with experience of working within Invesment banking. There is a brief outline of the role below but for more info and a full job-spec please apply.
- Support Project Rose Execution and liaise with EMEA
- Ensure all documentation required for project life cycle is in place, maintained and produced to high standard
- Manage project organizational chart and roles and responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and manage project financial reporting; manage resource tracking against budgets
- Co-ordination and monitoring of project managers status reporting
- Co-ordination and monitoring of business analysts issues and risk reporting
- Assist in post-implementation reviews; document lessons learnt
