THE PMO COORDINATOR WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:
- Budget follow-up (forecast and budget elaboration)
- Reports/indicators: regulary update project plans and reports, escalate any issues
- PMO expertise: deploy and promote good practices on project management (training, tools, process, reports,..)
- Monitor and manage risks, issues, milestone reporting, attend steering committee meetings
- Contact point with the Project Managers and senior Stakeholders
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Understanding of PMO role and added value, being able to take a global perspective of programmes
- Proven English skills ideally with French, both in written and spoken
- Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong team work and communication skills)
- Experience of Clarity or similar, Crystal Reports (desirable)
