PMO Coordinator

An exciting opportunity is open for a PMO Coordinator to join a high profile team. You will be working across large, multi-project programs of work, providing project support, process control and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have previously worked in a program environment previously and have excellent communication skills.

PREVIOUS EPMO OR PMO EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY REGARDED.

YOU WILL HAVE:

- Solid grasp of project principles, terminologies and practices including supporting the planning and implementation of large ICT projects and demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to strict project timeframes.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain time-efficient procedures for the effective support of planning, control and review activities.
- Proven experience in working in team environments and the ability to work autonomously within established methodologies and standards. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work productively with both frontline and senior team members.
- Proven written and oral communication skills and effective customer liaison including effective coordination, influencing and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including the ability to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent tasks.
