Voor onze opdrachtgever in Hoofddorp zijn wij op zoek naar een PMO coordinator. Dit betreft een opdracht voor 3 maanden met optie op verlenging.

Role Description:

The Global IT PMO Administrator uses their technical, communication, and analytical skills to support the objectives of the Global IT PMO (Demand Management, Project Performance Analysis & Reporting, Post Project Benefit Realization, IT Governance, and IT Budget Management).

Demand Management
Work with IT Management Team in their roles as Business Partners for their assigned business units to gather and consolidate the business demand that they have acquired.
Manage the documentation of the demand prioritization and the subsequent IT Demand Steering Committee discussions that confirm the demand prioritization.
Support the maturation of prioritized demand into full-fledged projects.

Project Analysis & Reporting
Project Performance Analysis Produce all of the periodic PMO reports and dashboards. Assist with creating and updating reports and metrics used as key business indicators to manage the global Services organization.
Assist with setting up projects, the tracking and central coordination of project costs, recharges and related invoicing.
Manage the PMO Portal

Post-Project Benefit Realization
Identify key performance indicators and measures to evaluate the business results of the deliverables of a closed project to determine if providing the intended business benefits which established the original case for the initial demand.
Provide reports on these KPIs and Measures.

IT Budget Management

Assist the Project Managers in maintaining of budgetary controls, planning, scheduling and tracking of costs and recharges.
Process Purchase Orders and Invoices for all project related activities with Procurement and Accounts Payable

General Administrative
Attend PMO meetings, create the minutes, track actions, and capture decisions.
Attend PMO Steering Committee meetings, create the minutes, track actions, and capture decisions.
Work with IT on identification and resolution of issues.

This position will interface with other Regional and Global IT Staff. The IT PMO Administrator will report to the Director of Global IT PMO.

Knowledge and skills:
Some experience with/exposure to Project Management Practices and Methodology (PMBOK).
The ability to operate in complex situations with multiple teams/sectors while managing day-to-day responsibilities.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of MS Project and Visio.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and database interaction
Strong Analytical skills and ability to work independently
Structured and organized, able to deal with multiple requests and managing expectations.
Goal oriented with strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent communication skills as peers/customers/colleagues are in various countries, cultures and time zones.
Excellent in English, specifically report writing and presentations
Self-starter, positive and enthusiastic team player willing to learn and accept responsibilities.
Experience in a similar position for a global company is an advantage
Proactive, diplomatic and confident personality is a plus.

Education and Experience:
Must have an Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college.
1-5 year of IT and Project Management ExperienceMichael Bailey International is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
