Our client a market leading international organisation is looking to recruit an experienced PMO Co-ordinator with at least 4 years experience operating in a PMO role. The successful candidate will have experience of the following;

Essential

Planning of projects and programme tasks and milestones - MS Project is a necessity and you will need to be experienced in the use of it.

Resource allocation and scheduling against task and plan

Working with and supporting Project Managers - progress reviews, planning, risk & issue management

Strong communication skills, verbal and written, in dealing with project managers and other teams within a project / programme environment.

Programme and project reporting for status, risks and issues

Desirable

SAP knowledge, such as ECC or BW or HR. Any process knowledge on any SAP ECC areas such as PTP or FTS or OTC or RTR

Experience of working on SAP projects or programs

Managing the change request and build process within a project or program

Wider resource management - starters, leavers, resource tracking

Foreign languages - Italian or German

Workshop planning and preparation, such as workshop scheduling and logistics
