PMO Consultant - OSS/BSS
My Client a leading Telco consultancy is looking for a OSS/BSS PMO Consultant for an exciting initial 6 - 12 month contract based in Dublin please note this contract has view to extend for 24 months +.
As a PMO Consultant you will Manage program deliverables to ensure timeliness of delivery and expected quality and Provide weekly status updates for upper management. In addition to this you will also Develop and manage client relationships, project and resources planning
And Provide knowledge transfer and monitor engagement and team performance
Key skills
*3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: IT integration, OSS, BSS or CRM solutions definition, design, development and delivery, program management
*Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership and solutions
*Ability to translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits
*Strong ability to influence and implement processes
*Fluent in English
*Strong experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Desirable
*Recent consulting experience, including Big 5 consulting preferred
*Strong analytical, team lead and leadership skills
*Proposal development experience
*Excellent Presentation & communication skills
*Ability to work independently
*Tendency to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
*Demonstrates tenacity in complex problem solving and successful resolution
*Strong analytical and business math skills
*Experience across all aspects of the software development life cycle
