PMO - Clearing

You will support the Senior PMO on this strategic programme within Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of the regulatory change market.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Manage tracking of programme MI (status, plan, risks, issues, dependencies)
- Collate programme MI in standardised format and share with the Portfolio Reporting team
- Develop and distribute programme communications
- Support development and provide ongoing maintenance of the programme plan (schedule)
- Support development and provide ongoing maintenance of the programme financial forecasting (cost/benefits)
- Assist the Programme Manager in balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks
- Support provision of quality assurance and validation of programme deliverables and outputs
- Support programme compliance with agreed change standards and policies
- Provide support to the Programme Manager as needed

Experience:

- Having worked in financial services before would be an advantage.
- Successful applicants do not need specialist experience within OTC Clearing, Collateral or Integration, yet this would of course be useful.
- The key to this role is strong PMO experience.
