Immediate and exclusive opportunity PMO/ CIO Co-ordinator, to join my Investment Banking client based inCanaryWharf. This role is suitable for someone from either a COO, Chief of Staff or other central management team background who is looking to take on more responsibility and visibility to over senior management as this role reports into the CIO.

This is a perm role with a salary of £60,000- £75,000 plus bonus depending on experience.

You will be a part of the team facilitating the delivery of the Technology Roadmap, working with the leads and coordinators to drive delivery of the aligned initiatives.

This includes

* Working to help develop the IT Strategy for the bank

* Running Governance meetings- including making sure the right people are in attendance, and that their presentations fit within the overall strategy

* Managing stakeholder meetings

* Portfolio management

* Gathering data and creating presentations for the COO & CIO

* Using your wide, holistic vision of the entire strategy of the Bank to add your decision making

Requirements: Experience within Investment Bank, with a technology background with experience within the software development life cycle. This will be suitable for someone from a PMO/ Project Manager background who is very strong on the strategic vision, the ability to work with senior managements of the business, and run & control stakeholder meetings. You will be carrying out research and analysis and creating presentations, from this role will range from minute admin responsibilities, through to helping develop the long term IT Strategy for the Investment Bank.
