PMO - Change Control Analyst

The Role

The Change PMO Analyst will define the Change Control process and then drive the project community to adhere to it. In addition, they will work with the Programme and Project Management community with the opportunity to add value in conjunction with policing and carrying out an administrative role.

Key Accountabilities

- Facilitate Change Control forum for the assessment of change
- Define a change control process and overcome challenges
- To Track Impact Assessments,Change and Porject requests through the change pipeline
- Produce relevant MI to help identify blockers in the change pipeline.
- Work with the Programme and Project Management community to maximise the probability and impact of positive events and minimises the probability and impact of adverse events
- Support and administer various meetings
- Assist in the governing of the project risk and issue process

Skills & Experience

- Experience of working as part of a decent sized (4+) PMO before - solid PMO background hugely advantageous.
- Ability to analyse strengths and weakness in a project/programme and ability to plan to resolve and optimise.
- Ability to own and drive projects independently
- Strong communication skills
-Extensive experience of facing off to stakeholders internal and external. A background in presenting to senior management would be helpful.
- Good attention to detail
- Evidence of shaping and developing 'from scratch'
- Demonstrate ability to be innovative - formulate ideas.
- Must have worked on large programmes before
- Must appreciate how to take a holistic view across multiple projects to form a programme view
- Very Advantageous to have experience in at least one of the following areas
- Risk and Issue Management. It is vital to have experience of developing, implementing and maintaining a risk and issue management framework and process
- Defining and implementing a programme governance structure
- Resource Management
