For a six month project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
PMO/BUSINESS ANALYST - PROCESS MANAGEMENT/DESIGN (4225)
The ideal candidate will support the Credit Risk stream of one of our clients top strategic projects in Wealth Management.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PMO/BUSINESS ANALYST WITHIN A FINANCIAL ENVIRONMENT
- STRONG QUANTITATIVE AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS
- EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS MANAGEMENT/DESIGN
- RISK EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING WOULD BE A PLUS
- Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
- Strong communication skills to face, influence and engage with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH (WRITTEN/ORAL)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
