Languages: ENGLISH and FRENCH

Skills and experience:

- Previous PMO and/or Project Management experience
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
- Budget follow up skills
- MS Office & MS Project excellent knowledge
- Analysis and synthesis skills
- Good communicator
- Knowledge of the energy world is a plus

Description of work:

- REPORTING: Weekly facts, Portfolio Monthly reviews, gathering the information in collaboration with the program managers and the project managers, analyse it in order to identify the alerts and escalate them to the head of Project Management
- BUDGET FOLLOW UP in close collaboration with Management Office: actuals, forecasts, gaps analysis, activity survey
- METHODOLOGY: Ensure project management methodologies and processes are respected (Waterfall, Agile), check if deliverables are produced by project managers, assist them in the methodology follow up
- TEAM COLLABORATION MEETINGS AND TOOLS SETUP in order to share expertise, best practices, lessons learned)
