One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a PMO.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES
The Project Management Officer will work on customer projects. The Project Management Officer has a variety of duties and responsibilities:
- Be responsible for administrative tasks at client projects:
- meetings planning,
- meeting minutes,
- administrative follow up of procedures and deliverables,
- work plan follow up,
- actuals tracking,
- budget forecasting and follow up,
- documentation management,
- risks & issue process support
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree or above
- One or more years of experience in a project management support position
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access) and Sharepoint
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English and French
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active, showing initiative and sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Result oriented and client focused
- Experience in a large company (with centralized processes & tools) is an asset.
