PMO wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR TASKS:
Assisting the project and programme managers in the following areas:
- Project plan structuring, scheduling and levelling
- Resource allocation and dependency tracking
- Assistance in business case development and tracking
- Capex and fixed price tracking
- Status, forecast and project accounting
- Quality assurance management and risk/issue monitoring
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- At least 3 years experience in project management/project management office
- Project management qualification such as Prince2, PMI or similar is mandatory
- Solid knowledge of the project life cycle and PM tools such as MS Project
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure
- Excellent communication/presentation and report writing skills
- Fluent English both written and spoken
