PMO Banking/Regulatory

Challenging role within the "Project Execution Oversight" organization with the responsibility to define, implement and maintain a front to back project execution governance within the Private Banking and Wealth Management Products IT organization.

*Responsibility to maintain the organization wide oversight of the project portfolio including stakeholder reporting
*Lead and conduct regular project overview meetings with senior management
*Accountability for overseeing and tracking the execution of project risk mitigation measures as well as for conducting project assessments of projects in flight
*Act as a project support, providing guidelines and coaching for ongoing projects
*Platform to closely collaborate with the business portfolio management function and senior IT management to define areas for deep-dive analyses
*Possibility to conduct special tasks related to projects or upcoming initiatives

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating projects on a global level within a major international bank.

You have a strong experience managing a large portfolio (minimum 10 workstreams):
Your responsibilities involve detailed tracking and planning of the projects.
Identifying their risk and issues, allocating resources, supporting and guiding the project managers and communicating with the stakeholders (progress report).
