MY DUTIES:

-Supporting conceptual work and providing presentations and documents
-Monitoring and tracking of the deliverables, milestones and working packages
-Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes
-Coordination of stakeholders
-Training and communication
-Support quality assurance

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experienced PMO in the financial industry / banking
-Very good communication skills, familiar in communication with management
-Ability to provide a management adequate level of presentations, documents
-Solid knowledge about project financial KPI’s
-Well structured and proactive mindset
-Team player
-Fluent German and English
