PMO, BANKING, ENGLISH (CONTRACT, TICINO)

For our client, a world leader in the banking and financial sector, Swisslinx is urgently looking for a highly dedicated and competent PMO who will be assisting the IT project managers in conducting software development projects.

This is a 6 month contract with possible extension starting ASAP in Bellinzona.

Key responsibilities:

- Accurate project planning and tracking using MS Project, Excel and JIRA
- Precise staff and cost planning and tracking using internal tools and Excel
- Maintenance and review of project documentation
- Elaboration and maintenance of stakeholder overview
- Assistance and support to the IT project managers in project communication activities
- Organisation of meetings and record minutes
- Substitution of the IT project managers when absent

In order to be considered for this role you are required to have the following skills:

- 2 years' experience in a similar role assisting IT PMs on application development projects
- MS Project and JIRA hands on experience
- Very good Excel skills
- Excellent planning and controlling skills
- Solid communication skills and customer oriented
- Good knowledge in banking or finance industry is a plus
- PMI or IPMA would be an advantage
- Experience with Waterfall or Agile nice to have
- Fluency in English, German or Italian is a plus
