PMO - Banking

PMO sought by our client, a major investment bank based in Zurich. This is a chance to be part of a new, business-critical team within the bank as part of a major Change The Bank project.

Responsibilities

- Manage the creation and completion of a large business case to support an application replacement project in the compliance and operational risk space
- Requirements gathering including surveying and analysing existing processes, services and internal/external data
- Documenting existing operations and processes and defining future operations and processes
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management
- Supporting project management tasks
- Coordinating testing including UAT

Requirements:

- Experience as a PMO/Business Analyst in the Financial Services field
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (German is a plus)
- Background in compliance or operational risk or reporting would be beneficial
- Experience assessing/creating budget/headcount forecasts
- Testing experience inc. UAT would be a big plus
- Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
- Experience creating project business cases
