PMO/Assistant - Operations wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Several years' experience working as a PMO with planning and execution activities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organisation skills and the flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to deal with variable workload and to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Team player with working experience in an IT environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing program/team plans by keeping team plans up-to-date in coordination with team leads and PMO head
- Tracking execution of the project plans and the completion of milestones according to process as well as collecting team status and topics to be discussed on a weekly basis
- Compiling content from different owners along with organizing workshops logistics, invites, etc.
- Creating content on PMO items (project status, risks/issues/changes/actions)
- Managing risks, issues, changes and actions and ensuring all dates are up to date in SharePoint and processes adhered to
