PMO Assistant (Contract, Zurich)

For our client, a global company with headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent PMO Assistant (Contract, Zurich)

This is a junior role in a global transition and transformation programme with headquarters in Zurich.

The PMO Assistant will work with suppliers and Project Managers, will maintain processes to ensure documentation, reports and plans are drafted accurately, also by using SharePoint. Additionally, the PMO will perform project administration activities.

This is a contract role in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 12 month, with possible extensions.
The project language is English.

For this challenging role, we are searching for a junior PMO candidate with strong organisational skills, experience with MS Project and MS Office and ability to use SharePoint. Background in project execution is necessary for this role. Ideally, the candidate is familiar with transition and transformation programmes.
