For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a PMO and Scrum Master for High End Client Reporting
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Languages: English and German
Role Description:
- Responsible for "Project Management Office" for High End Client Reporting Program
- Financial and Budget controlling
- Contract handling, onboarding of new team members and Resource allocation
- Status Tracking and consolidation, quality control of weekly Status Reports
- Supporting in administrative tasks like organizing meetings, preparing protocols
- Lead of one or more scrum teams within the program High End Client Reporting as scrum master
- In charge of the Scrum process and accountable for guiding, coaching and assisting a Scrum Team with proper understanding and use of Scrum
- Responsible to manage the whole delivery cycle of the project in time, cost and quality
- Collaboration with different Stakeholders (eg Business Product Owner, IT-PLs, Scrum Masters, Program Head)
Necessary skills:
- A university degree, preferably in an IT or banking related area
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as PMO with first experience as IT PL/Scrum Master
- Excellent cost controlling & financial planning skills
- Strong collaboration skills to cooperate with multiple stakeholders in an multicultural environment (incl. offshore partners)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with proven track record
- Deep knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA
- Highly motivated and results-oriented personality
- Fluent English, German is a benefit
