Purpose of the Programme
Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of a PMO Analyst to assist on a project to migrate nearly 1m credit card accounts.
Purpose of the role
Our client requires a dedicated experienced PMO Lead with both the experience of the Credit Cards Business and Migrations,
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Programme Planning
- Programme Risk/Issue Management
- Programme Change Control
- Programme Reporting
CORE SKILLS
- Able to communicate in a clear and appropriate way to colleagues and senior managers and 3rd parties
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of the change life cycle and Change Management Approach
- Good knowledge of the Credit Card products and business
- Understanding of the Retail Bank operating environment
- Able to overcome barriers and setbacks positively with a sense of creativity and resilience
- All of the above accountabilities/deliverables are core to the role therefore the successful candidate must have demonstrated these skills in previous roles to be considered
