ROLE: PMO Analyst

SKILLS: PMO Analyst - Payments Simplification - Retail Banking - Glasgow - £320 per day

OVERVIEW:

Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of a PMO Analyst, who has previous e xperience within Retail Banking. The individual is required to work on a sensitive programme through the mobilisation phase of the programme

CORE DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

- Managing the approval processes and financials
- Setting up the project control tool and getting it populated
- Managing the RAIDs logs and ensuring mitigating actions are followed through
- Support with the Exec Packs and Steering Packs
- Manage the on boarding process for all resources brought on
- Manage the action log and tracking

CORE SKILLS

- PMO Management experience in large and complex Programmes within Financial Services
- Planning
- Finance/Benefits
- Governance/Risk & Issue
- Exemplar negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to manage Executive level stakeholders on a daily basis
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Able and willing to work with tremendous pace, efficiency and enthusiasm in the face of challenges
