PMO Analyst / Manager / Lead - 6 Month Contract

Projektbeschreibung
The successful candidate will provide structure and direction to monitor and control activities to support the Programme and achieve its objectives and drive execution of relevant PMO processes across the programme.
They will Co-ordinate timely reporting for stakeholders, governance boards, work streams and communications whilst ensuring integrity of data.
Ownership of PMO process and Programme metrics across the Programme is also part of the role.
The key requirements for this role are as follows- -6+ years working in a PMO role.
-Strong experience within SAP or similar ERP system
Tasks will include- - Programme reporting
- Risk and issue management process, tracking, reporting and process
improvement
- Change Control process and tracking (Chairing Change Control Board)
- Key Governance (i.e Phase Gate Process, Go No Go Process)
- Manage Deployment PMO touch-points across multiple locations
- Programme Processes Training
- Ownership of Programme Definition Document
- Alignment with Tools management
- Training of PMO practises
