PMO Analyst / Lead

Contract PMO Analyst / Lead - Global Financial Company - Cambridgeshire / London - Initial 3 Month Contract potentially for a further 9 months thereafter.

My client who are a global financial organisation are currently in need of a Contract PMO Analyst / Lead who will be responsible for rolling out and enhancing reporting processes across a major Programme & supporting all governance forum inputs / outputs, including maintaining resultant audit trails

The candidate will:
Help establish, implement and enhance reporting processes dictated by the Head Of Governance
Work with Project Managers and Project Sponsors to help develop reporting packs, and ensure adherence to reporting standards are met.
To work with the Head Of Governance to ensure Steering Committee and Executive Programme Board Papers are continuously evolving and that they are delivered to the highest quality.
Maintain an Audit Trail of all Decisions and Programme Level Risks made across the Programme
Analyse status reports and provide independent reviews at Project level to Head Of Governance/Assurance e.g. Review reported data and ensure it aligns to historical status, and or call out concerns if misaligned
Facilitate the agenda, invites and calendar for the Executive Programme Board and to write the minutes to an extremely high standard on a weekly basis
To work with the Planning Lead in ensuring milestones reported in the Status updates reflect the commentary

The candidate must be able to:
Demonstrate experience of mobilising and running a reporting process within a complex Project environment
Be able to build and harness relationships with Project Managers and work with / support improvements to reporting and governance processes
Demonstrate exceptional presentation and administration abilities
